7.5cm - 7.8cm long, including hoop. Due to the nature of how these are made, there is slight variation of size from pair to pair.
They are hung on 2.5cm hoops.

If they do get dirty, just wipe with a damp cloth or fragrance free baby wipe - Do not use any other cleaning products or chemicals
